3-Month 1:1 Coaching Sessions
This 3-Month 1:1 Coaching Sessions package includes:
- 12 weekly coaching sessions via Zoom
- The first call (Vision Session) is 90 minutes
- The remaining calls are 60 minutes
- Unlimited email support between sessions
- Session recordings available for download/replay
A 3-month minimum commitment is required. You may choose to pay monthly or one flat rate.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How often will we meet for coaching sessions?
Our sessions will take place once per week for a minimum of three months over video chat.
I live in the Dayton area. Can we meet in person?
Absolutely no in-person sessions are being considered during the COVID-19 pandemic.
How long will our coaching relationship last?
A 3-month minimum is required.
What if I feel like I've reached my goals in less than the recommended three months?
If your initial goals are reached in less time, the remainder of the 3-month timeframe will be used to maintain goals and explore further growth.
What if I want to continue our coaching relationship beyond the recommended three months?
You can commit to another 3-month package or single monthly packages (4 weekly sessions) à la carte.
When are session payments due?
You will pay for sessions up front on a month-to-month basis or in full for all three months. You cannot schedule a session until it has been paid for.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
A 24-hour cancelation notice is required. You can rebook or cancel your appointment through the original confirmation email you receive after booking.
What if I'm late or miss a session without giving you notice?
I will wait up to 10 minutes, after which I will close the session and it will count towards one of your 12 sessions without a refund or credit. Email me as soon as possible if you miss a session due to an unforeseen emergency.
What if I need your support in between sessions?
Clients can reach me by email between sessions during business hours (and within reason) as a part of their coaching package.
Can my partner/child/friend/relative and I be coached together?
No. Coaching sessions are for individuals only.
Can I pay for my partner/child/friend/relative to work with you?
Yes. However, it must be their choice to work with me and they must fill out the application form themselves. You can't apply for them.
Are our sessions private and confidential?
Absolutely 100% yes. I will never disclose your private and/or personal matters outside of our coaching calls. What is discussed between coach and client stays between the coach and client.
What if you and I aren't a good match in a client/coach partnership?
The application process and/or enrollment call will give us a good idea if we're a good fit for each other. Of course, if things change or evolve over time, we both have the right to discontinue our sessions.
Will you solve all of my issues for me?
I will walk alongside you, support you, and empower you in resolving your own issues. The internal work is up to you.
